Scoring Scones - level A1-C2

Scoring Scones is an English language game that is played in pairs.  Pairs are challenged to dramatise a situation that is described on a card during  a specific period of time that may vary from 15 up till 90 seconds, depending  on the level of the players and depending on the period of time the spinner  indicates.   Situations deal with giving information and opinions, persuading others to do  something and “small talk”.  After one pair have held their dialogue, the other players discuss how many  scones (points) this pair deserves, according to clearly defined criteria that are  described in the rules.  The challenge is of course to collect as many scones as possible and you can only do that by non-stop talking… in English.
